3.1. Service Description: Voxly provides AI text-to-speech and voice-cloning services, converting text to natural speech or generating a cloned voice from a sample you own or are authorized to use.

3.2. Acceptable Use: You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and comply with the following prohibitions:

• Generating hate speech, violence, discrimination, harassment, or other harmful content
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting the source of content
• Infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempting to bypass service limitations or security measures
• Using for illegal purposes or violating applicable laws and regulations
• Cloning, synthesizing, or generating someone else's voice without the explicit consent of the voice owner (including deepfake use)

3.3. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the input text and generated speech content. We are not responsible for the content you generate.

4.1. Free Tier: Free users receive a certain amount of text-to-speech service per month (specific quota as displayed on the platform).

4.2. Paid Subscription: Subscribing to the Pro plan provides unlimited text-to-speech service. Subscription price as displayed on the platform.

4.3. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through the Creem payment platform. Creem, as the Merchant of Record, handles payments, taxes (such as applicable VAT), and refunds.

4.4. Subscription Management: You can manage your subscription in the Creem customer portal, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling.

4.5. Cancellation: After canceling your subscription, your Pro benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

5.1. Platform Rights: This platform and its original content, features, and design are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. Generated Content: You own the rights to use the speech content you generate using this service. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content to provide and improve the service.

5.3. Feedback: If you provide us with feedback or suggestions, we have the right to freely use this feedback to improve the service.

6.1. Data Collection: How we collect and use your personal information is detailed in our Privacy Policy。

6.2. Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.

7.1. Service "As Is": This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.

7.2. No Result Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

7.3. Third-Party Services: This service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for these third-party contents or services.

8.1. Indirect Damages: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

8.2. Maximum Liability: Our total maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for this service in the 12 months preceding the damage.

9.1. Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or notice posted on the platform.
